When our tecs arrive at your home they will determine the carpet type and the origin of every spot. They will point out loose tack strips and torn damaged and frayed out carpet areas. Next, the tec will discuss the cleaning process and the best way to remove any spot. You choose and we will provide you with a written final quote so that there are no surprises or hidden fees after the job is done.

We will pre vacuum with a commercial-grade vacuum with counter-rotating brushes and high suction to get all dust, hair, and debris which hides deep in your carpet. Afterward, our tec can show you what was hiding in your carpets.

Now our tec uses a counter rotation brush machine to work in the chemical and agitate it. After a certain dwell time your carpet is ready for the hot water extraction method.

We will pre-spray your carpets with a high-pressure sprayer deep into the pile to break down soil, oils, spots, and spills. We use different pre-sprays for the difference in stains or spills.

Some carpets may benefit from a dry-bonnet process to speed up the drying process. Our tec will determine if this step is recommended in Step 5.

Our extraction method is a patented rotary jet extraction that utilizes rotary vacuum heads to thoroughly deep clean your carpets with hundreds of multi-directional cleaning passes. Compared to the typical wand method you will receive a more thorough and deeper cleaning with less water which results in quicker drying time. We are using hot water up to 200 F to really fight every stain.

If any spots remain we will treat them individually with different spotting techniques. Permanent stains and discolorations identified by the tec may not be removed.

Once the cleaning is done your carpets will be damp. To speed up the drying process you can choose this option. We will set up high-velocity air movers to dry your carpets faster. We will also provide you with some slip-resistant shoe covers in case you have to walk over a still-damp carpet.

Now the pile of your carpets will be brought up again with a carpet rake, which also helps with a faster drying time.

Our tec will walk with you through thee areas cleaned to inspect the work. They will give you a free bottle of carpet spotter and shoe covers.
