Our 10 Step Process

At Mr. Steam Carpet Cleaning LLC, we offer a comprehensive 10-step carpet cleaning process to ensure a thorough and effective clean every time. The first step is a pre-inspection, where we determine the type of carpet and identify any potential issues. Next, we use commercial-grade equipment to perform a pre-vacuum, removing dust, hair, and debris from the carpets. After the pre-vacuum, we use a high-pressure sprayer to pre-spray the carpets, breaking down soil, oils, spots, and spills. We then use a counter-rotation brush machine to agitate the chemical. Our patented rotary jet extraction method is the next step, using hot water and rotary vacuum heads to deep clean the carpets with hundreds of multi-directional passes. Any remaining spots are treated individually with specialized techniques. After the extraction process, we use high velocity air movers to dry the carpets. We follow up the drying process with a grooming of the carpets using a carpet rake to bring up the pile. As an additional option, we also offer the application of a carpet protector or deodorant. Finally, we conduct a post-inspection to ensure the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction.
